What can I do if my product is beyond the scope of the available choices? In that case, please use the option 'Define your own' and type in detailed description of the desired product.
How long does it take to receive the quotation? Customer receives a quotation within two working days.
Where can I find the quotation for the calculation I added? The price of execution of the specified product is visible under the link "List of quotations". Additionally, we send information about pricing to the e-mail address provided in registration data.
What to do when the priced calculation meets my expectations and I want to to start execution? To begin the implementation of the priced product, please transform your calculation into an order by clicking the link "Transform into order".
What should I do if I don't want to price the product (because I have a previous calculation, or its price results from the signed agreement) but instead I want to start its execution immediately? In that case, please use the link 'New order'.
How do I track the status of my order? Defined orders, their status and available opeartions are visible under the link "List of orders".Every order receives its own unique identification number.
How can I send files to the newly placed order? Every new entry which is a new order includes a link "Send files to print", which allows to upload files to the order.
Is my order automatically implemented after sending files to print? In case of execution of individual orders, it is necessary to accept preview files after processing them for printing. An option to download preview is visible in the order execution panel, the order status is shown as "waiting for preview acceptance". A message about a preview waiting for your approval is also sent by e-mail.
What happens to my order after the preview files are accepted? After the preview of the order is accepted, it will be executed.
How do I find out about the end of the execution of my order? Completion of the order is indicated in the panel with the following status: "Order completed. Waiting for shipment".
